Returns

We do not offer refunds on custom work. All custom work is considered final sale.  All of our work is handmade based on the digital renderings we design. Due to our handiwork, small amounts of imperfections may sometimes be visible on your piece, but we assure you once it’s up and glo-ing it all fades away!

Warranty / Repairs

Once our product is delivered safely to you, it is covered by a limited 1-year warranty on electrical components. Claims must be made to GLO Studio within 10 business days of occurrence. To determine whether the issue is specifically covered under the 1-year warranty, the purchaser must pay all costs of shipping the product to GLO Studio for inspection. If it is determined that the warranty covers the nature of the issue, GLO Studio reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective unit. For this limited warranty to remain in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, improper installation by client, abuse, or negligence.

If the issue is not covered by the warranty, GLO Studio may be able to repair your neon for a fee.

Damages

All of our work is hand-made, and small imperfections may be visible on your piece. But we assure you that once it’s up and GLO-ing, those will fade away. :) 

As much as we try to avoid them, accidents do happen. All damage claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

Storage 

Customers will receive notification as to the date of order completion. If shipment is not made within 30 days of the completion date due to lack of payment or customer request, GLO Studio reserves the right to transfer the merchandise to storage. GLO Studio may charge a monthly storage fee of $150 per month. If shipment is not made or order is not picked up within 120 days, GLO Studio reserves the right to cancel the order.
